We come from the trucking side.

We didn't start in a marketing agency and move into trucking. We started in trucking. Our team has spent about ten years running operations and recruiting drivers at fleets of every size, from small carriers to large operations, in every part of the country.

We know what it's like to have a truck sitting because there's no driver for it, and to spend a day on the phone instead of running the operation. Recruiting is the first job to slip when everything else is on fire, and it's the one that costs the most when it does.
