1. About the site and our services
The site describes Forge Fleet Growth's driver recruiting and fleet growth services for trucking fleets. Nothing on the site is a binding offer. If you hire us, the scope, fees and responsibilities will be set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
2. Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Interfere with the site or try to get around its security.
- Send us anything harmful, such as malware, or anything false or misleading.
- Use the chat widget to impersonate someone else or to send spam.
3. SMS program terms
Forge Fleet Growth sends light, relevant text messages only to people who opt in through the chat widget on this website.
- Program name: Forge Fleet Growth text messaging.
- Who we text: only people who opt in through the website chat widget. We don't text people who haven't agreed to receive messages from us.
- What the messages are about: your conversation with us, such as replies to your questions, scheduling and follow-ups about our services.
- How often: message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us. We keep it light.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We don't charge for the messages.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and we'll stop texting you. You can also email or call us to opt out.

- Consent isn't a condition of anything: agreeing to receive texts is not required to buy any goods or services from us.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Intellectual property

Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
