1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Your name, phone number, email address, company name, fleet size and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Messages you send through the chat widget on this site, including your phone number if you provide it.
- Details you enter when you book a call through our scheduling tool.
- The content of emails, texts and calls between you and us.
- A record of your consent to receive text messages: your phone number, the date and time, and the wording you agreed to.
Information collected automatically
- Standard server and device information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, the page you came from, and the date and time.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).
This site has no contact forms. You can reach us through the chat widget, the booking page, email or phone.
2. How we use it
- To answer your questions and reply to your messages.
- To schedule and hold calls.
- To send text messages to people who have opted in, as described in section 3 and our SMS terms.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- To keep the site and our systems secure and to prevent abuse.

3. Text messages and mobile information
We do not share, sell, rent or transfer mobile information or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We send text messages only to people who opt in through the chat widget on this website. Your phone number and your opt-in consent are used to send and manage those messages and for nothing else.
We use service providers to run our messaging, such as our CRM and messaging platform and the mobile carriers that deliver texts. They handle your information only to provide those services to us, and they may not use it for their own marketing.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Full program details are in our SMS terms.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the business, such as website hosting, the chat widget, our CRM and messaging platform, scheduling, and email. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons. When the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights, our users or others.
- Business changes. If Forge Agency LLC is part of a merger, sale or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of it. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be transferred for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact details and chat or text conversations for as long as we are talking with you, and for up to 24 months after our last interaction. After that we delete them or remove identifying details, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
If you opt out of texts, we keep a record of your opt-out and your phone number for as long as needed to make sure we honor it. Basic server logs are kept for a shorter period for security and troubleshooting.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. This site does not use cookies for advertising. The chat widget and the scheduling tool may set their own cookies so the chat works and your booking goes through. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the chat may not work properly if you do.
7. Your choices and rights
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Your information: email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We may need to confirm who you are first.
- State privacy rights: if you live in a state that gives you privacy rights, such as access, correction or deletion, you can use them by contacting us. We will respond as the law requires, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
This site is for business owners and operators. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Other websites
This site may link to other websites, such as our scheduling page. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on the site.
