How United States Trucks fills its seats.

A look at how we set up and run driver recruiting for United States Trucks LLC, a trucking company that needs drivers in its trucks.

Client
United States Trucks LLC
What we run
Meta driver-recruiting ads, a custom CRM with AI screening, text-based qualification, fast follow-up and a monthly strategy meeting.
Result
Between 5 and 10 new drivers every month.

Each block is one new driver in a month. Solid blocks show the low end of the range, hatched blocks the high end.

The situation

United States Trucks needed drivers in its trucks. A truck without a driver doesn't earn, and recruiting had to compete with everything else the operations team was handling.

Driver leads came in unevenly. Someone had to read through them and sort the real prospects from the rest before the useful conversations could start, and that work happened whenever there was time.

What we set up

The same system we offer every fleet, tuned to their jobs and requirements.

  1. Meta ads for open driver roles

We run driver-recruiting ads on Meta for the company's openings, with messaging that fits the type of role, local or over the road.

  2. Screening by text

Drivers who respond are qualified by text, in their own time. They don't have to wait for a call or sit through a long application.

  3. AI sorting, then a human read

The CRM's AI screening sorts answers into qualified, nurture and backlog. A member of our team then reads the strong ones, so United States Trucks only sees drivers who look like a real fit.

  4. A quick handoff

Qualified drivers are introduced to the United States Trucks team in a group conversation, and the team follows up the same business day. Drivers who aren't ready yet stay in nurture.

  5. A monthly review

Each month we look at where drivers are coming from, what's working and what to change, and adjust the ads and screening to match.

What changed

Recruiting stopped competing with day-to-day operations. Qualified drivers now arrive screened and ready to talk, the team reaches them quickly, and open trucks get new driver conversations every month instead of whenever time allows.

The result is a steady flow of hires: between 5 and 10 new drivers every month. With the pipeline running in the background, the operations team can spend its time running trucks and growing the business.

Results depend on the fleet, the market and the job being offered. We don't promise a set number of hires.

What this means for your fleet

The system works the same way for fleets of roughly 10 to 100 trucks. Your lanes, pay, equipment and requirements will be different, so we start by learning them and building the ads and screening around your jobs.

If you'd like to talk through how it would work for your seats, book a call. We'll tell you plainly whether we can help. You can also read more on our Services page.
